In which languages are your courses available?
We have professional training courses in English, Polish, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish. From April also in Dutch.

When does the training start?
If you want to register for a course, it needs to be done in writing. You can sign up by sending an email to support@academyonlineuk.co.uk or use one of our forms on the website. We then need your name, your email address and information about how you want to pay. When your payment has reached us, you get access to the training via a login email and you can start your studies.

What does certificate/diploma mean?
You will receive a digital certificate or diploma (depending on what course) if you have successfully completed the professional training. All professional courses have a number of assignments and tests.

In which different ways can I pay for my education?

Payment in advance before each module or the entire training.

VISA- and Mastercard

When will I receive my certificate/diploma?
Certificates/diplomas are only obtained after full payment and after you have passed the training's various tests.

How long do I have access to the training material?
You have access to each of the modules in your education for one year, from the time you have started the respective module.

Are there course literature?
All study material is digital in the course portal. Thus, no physical books.

GDPR
Academy Online, as the training provider, will register your name and email address in our customer register with your registration for training. This is to be able to communicate with you and provide you with good service during your training period. With your registration, you consent to us processing personal data about you in accordance with the above.

Internship
Most of our courses are completely web-based. A few courses require a number of weeks of practical experience in the field for the training to be complete, so that you can get your certificate. You have to arrange the internship yourself. However, it can be credited with documented previous experience.
