Course description

The Certified HR Manager training is a broad training that covers all different aspects of human resource management. The employees within a company are the company's most important resources, of which recruiting, developing and retaining them is crucial to the company's success. The demand for Human Resource Management has therefore increased in recent years and is now a very attractive occupational group in the labour market. By studying Human Resource Management, you will get both an up-to-date and a broad education, which creates the best conditions for job opportunities after the end of the education. 

The Certified HR Manager training includes courses in leadership, personnel and skills supply, personnel finance, change management, communication and conflict management. In addition, the training deals with the obligations that employers have regarding work environment, diversity management and discrimination.

Overall, the training provides an overall picture of all the areas that concern personnel issues and also a good insight into how these should be handled.

The training covers about 10 weeks of full-time studies.

Payment

The fee for the professional training course Certified HR Manager is 1323 GBP (265/module). Or 1550.5 EURO (310/module). All fees include VAT.
