Course description

On this training, you gain the knowledge and foundations to determine the value of real estate. This at a time with new demands on properties' energy performance and housing shortage.

We read about Behavioral Finance, that humans as decision makers have limitations and weaknesses. Nowhere is this knowledge more important than in the financial field and also investing in real estate. You become a professional at Real Estate Valuation.

The training covers about 3 weeks of full-time studies.
You can study at any study pace.

Payment

The fee for the professional training course Certified Property Appraiser is 900 GBP (225/module). Or 1054 EURO (263.5/module). All fees include VAT.
