The Certified Real Estate Agent training makes you a
qualified assistant, who can perform most of the tasks related to real estate
transactions. A real estate agent's assistant must be able to take care of both
the administrative and practical routines at a brokerage firm. In order to be
able to support the real estate agent, the assistant needs knowledge of all the
elements involved in a real estate transaction - both legal, financial,
construction technology and practical mediation routines.
You also gain knowledge and digital marketing,
property valuation, energy performance and Customer Relations Management CRM.
The training covers about 10 weeks of full-time studies.
