Do you want to become the best receptionist on the market, or are you already one but want to fine-tune your skills? In the Certified Receptionist training, you will provide all the right tools to stand out from the rest on the market. 

In today's business world, customer service needs to be fast and efficient – and above all, honest. It's called customer awareness. This training will teach you all of these qualities that are required of today's receptionists.  

The work of a receptionist is a varied profession. Some companies have a large volume of calls and visitors every day, while others have a slower pace. The companies sometimes have a pure receptionist service, but quite often more tasks are included: such as handling conference bookings and purchasing, as well as keeping order in common areas. Sometimes simple administration work is also included.

If you want a varied job and meet many different people during your working day, this is the right profession for you.

After completing the training, you will be well informed about how to respond and act in all situations that may arise in the workplace during the day. The goal is always satisfied customers as this benefits the workplace.

Furthermore, you should be able to handle your employees' requests for possible help, as well as be able to handle several tasks at the same time as it is a daily life for receptionists.

The training covers about 8 weeks of full-time studies.
You can study at any study pace.

Payment

The fee for the professional training course Certified Receptionist is 770 GBP (257/module). Or 901.5 EURO (300.5/module). All fees include VAT.

There are 3 payment options: 

We can send you an invoice and you pay to our bank account. One invoice for the total amount or you can pay per module.
