The work as a recruiter is varied and intensive, and you will work with
both people and companies. On our Certified Recruiter training, you will learn
everything you need to know to be able to carry out a good and efficient
recruitment process. Among other things, we will go through the interview
process, selection, interview techniques, tests and introduction programs.
During your studies, you will be in contact with the course coordinator
if you have questions, concerns or problems, as well as when you receive
feedback on your assignments. We're here for you when you need it.
You can choose to study all modules as a cohesive programme, or choose
to study a single module.
After completing the training, you have a very broad foundation to stand
on: the training gives you the knowledge you need to start your career as a
recruiter. Welcome to an exciting profession!
The training covers about 9 weeks of full-time studies.
